**ADA Title III Web Accessibility / Unruh Act** A consumer-facing platform makes sustainability claims across its product line while presenting barriers to digital access. Under *Robles v. Domino's* (9th Cir.) and the Unruh Civil Rights Act, websites of public accommodations must be equally accessible to users with disabilities. The defendant, a mid-market e-commerce operator, deployed 183 third-party trackers across its domain. Accessibility scans identified 8 violations across pages tested. Eight representations about recyclable and sustainable packaging were captured verbatim, including: "BOTTLEBOX® containers are marked with resin code "1," meaning they can be recycled again and again," "Made from renewable resources, PaperLuxe® high quality and stylish paper containers," "sustainable egg packaging, made with 100% recycled PET material," "Engineered to withstand handling, these containers are versatile and stylish," "post-consumer recycled PET (rPET) is more sustainable than both compostable packaging materials and virgin PET," "using recycled bottles in our manufacturing since 2008," "capacity to recycle 20,000 tons of PET plastic," and "wash-away BOPP labels, which easily and fully separate from the packaging during the sink-float process, making it 100% recyclable." 44 screenshots with chain-of-custody seals document the run.
